Parent Portals & Google Info

Welcome to our school/parent/teacher communication system.  Within this system, you gain the ability to view your child's progress, contact teachers and staff, find policies and procedures, forms, school directory and so much more! 

Log-ins are email address specific and will require a password change at setup.  The system allows each parent to have an individual login - logins should not be shared.  In addition, you have the ability to recover your password and update your contact info, all in one place online (under the Demographics/Settings tab).

As you find the opportunity, please take some time to review the videos (in the left column) that pertain to you. We are excited to use Parent Portals and hope you find it helpful!

At SAS, we use Clever to access a variety of applications including IXL, Zearn, TypingClub, i-Ready, and more. All students have access to Clever via their school-issued GSuite/Entra ID account.

To access Clever:

1. Click Here
2. Select Log in with Google OR Log in with Microsoft Entra; both will do the same thing.
3. Enter your child's school username/password. You may be prompted to enter the email address twice.
4. Select whichever resource you'd like to access and enjoy!

1. Log in to your PlusPortals account
2. Click on your child's picture
3. 3 tabs will be available - click the "Demographics" tab
4. Scroll down and your child's username & password is there 

1. Go to google.com (if you are using a Mac or iPad, it may be necessary to use the Chrome browser)
2. Click on the blue Sign In button in the top-right corner of the screen
3. Sign in using your child’s username and password. You may have to enter the email address two times.

4. Click on the “waffle” (9-dot grid) next to where you signed in (you should now see your child’s first initial)
5. Select Classroom to see a list of your child’s classes.

Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download PlusPortals (for grades) and Google apps (for Google Classroom and Google Drive).

*Use the Google Chrome browser to access Google Classroom for best results.*
